This CD is intended for those people who have attended John Dixon's Pilates style mat based exercise classes.
Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the dialogue on this CD conveys a safe and well tried and accepted method of exercise, the use of this CD in any exercise routine (in whole or in part) is and can only be, carried-out entirely at the risk of you, the user. Class teaching relies on continual "spotting" by the instructor who is able to view your exercise moves and verbally correct throughout the class to ensure safe and effective exercises. I am not able to do this as you use this CD and so I urge caution as you exercise to these instructions. A good rule of thumb with any exercise is that if it does not feel right - do not do it! Always consult a Doctor before partaking in any exercise. Always exercise within your physical capability. Always use a mat or soft firm surface on which to exercise. ©John Dixon 2006
